All insurance document related emails default to send from the Account Associate assigned at the lowest level in the hierarchy tree. The emails look at the assignment for any subprojects before moving up to the project level and then the client level. However, occasionally there are instances where your administrative team may need more nuance than that straightforward default.
This setting can be applied within the AutoRoboto Tab at the Client, Project, or Subproject levels. There are two things that must occur in order for this feature to function properly:
- An option other than "None" must be selected for the "Customize Sender Details" field
- An email must be selected for the "Customize Sender of Certificate Deficiency Emails"
The email can be either selected manually within the dropdown, or can be cascaded down from a parent project or client (notated as such on the screen). Like the Account Associate and Account Manager fields, only Staff Users, Staff+ Users, and Instance Admins are available to be selected for this field.
Please note: the "Customize Sender of the Missing Documents Emails" field refers to a planned future feature and does not link to any emails currently able to be sent. Stay tuned for future updates!

- Email: the user selected for the "Customize Sender of Certificate Deficiency Emails" field is used to both send the email and to populate the signature fields.
There are four emails that the "Customize Sender of Certificate Deficiency Emails" affects:
