The About to Expire Notice will send out to the people assigned insurance and broker roles for the contract both 10 days and 1 day prior to a policy’s expiration date. The email will include a list of all policies that will expire soon, as well as a sample certificate of insurance. The renewal documents can be uploaded clicking the "Upload Here" link in the email and logging in.
Please Note: The About to Expire Notice will only send when the subcontractor is compliant. If the subcontractor is currently non-compliant, they will receive an Insurance Deficiency Request instead.
