Customizing attachments using "Attach to Request"

Updated on

The "Attach to Request" feature allows users to include specific documents in the Insurance Request emails. This helps streamline communication with subcontractors and brokers by providing additional context, showing examples, or highlighting issues that need to be addressed

How to Attach Documents to Requests

  1. Navigate to the Documents tab for the contract.
  2. Upload the file you want to include.
  3. Check the Attach to Request checkbox next to the document.

The document will be included in the request the next time an request email goes out for that contract.

Due to file size constraints, the document will be included as a link.

When Documents are Automatically Detached

To save time and to ensure only relevant documents are included in requests, the Attach to Request checkbox will automatically de-select as soon as a new submission is received, or when the contract becomes compliant.
