Dynamic Reports

The main dynamic report available is the "Dynamic Compliance Report." This one report contains four tabs of varying levels of information, and is designed to be sortable with a collapsible hierarchy on the left within the view in CR-Certify.

The available filters for the dynamic reports are shown at the top of the page. They allow filtration by Client/Project name, Contract Status, and Compliance Status.

Expand or collapse content Compliance Overview

The Compliance Overvew tab is the default view for this report. It is designed to display compliance data in a quick, digestible format. Deficiencies are indicated by "x" icons under the appropriate headers, and compliant items are shown with a checkmark.

The Compliance Status tab is a step up in complexity for this report. It is designed to display compliance data with an emphasis on where the issues are. Deficiencies are spelled out in red text alongside "x" icons under the appropriate headers, and compliant items are shown with a checkmark.

Expand or collapse content Compliance Detail

The Compliance Detail tab is the most complex view for this report. It is designed to display detailed compliance data with the deficiencies shown alongside what is being collected. There are added "Requirement" columns, deficiencies are spelled out in red text alongside "x" icons under the appropriate headers, and compliant items are shown with a checkmark.

Expand or collapse content Contract Status

Technically the first tab of this report, the Contract Status tab shows an overview of statuses for the contracts for a given filter without highlighting specific deficiencies.  

With the exception of "OK to Work Status," all of the items on this tab also display as part of the reports on the other tabs.

Contract Status

  • Displays if a contract is Active (Open) or Inactive (Closed). If a contract is inactive, all other columns will display "No longer tracking."

Overall Compliance Status

  • Displays "Compliant" if an active contract is compliant with providing all insurance items, or "Deficient" if an active contract currently is not fully provided all insurance items.

OK to Work Status

  • Displays "OK to Work" if an active contract has provided all necessary insurance items to be allowed to work on site, or "Not OK to Work" if an active contract has not provided the minimum amount of insurance items to allow them on site. This is configured within each individual set of requirements. (For more details on this, please see this set of help articles.)

# of Email Requests (optional)

  • Displays the number of email requests a deficient contract has received. 5 requests or more display in orange text. May not display on every iteration of the Dynamic Reports.

Last Request Date (optional)

  • Displays the date a deficient contract received the most recent email request. May not display on every iteration of the Dynamic Reports.
