Resetting your password in order to log in to CR-Certify involves sending yourself a verification code and then typing in a password that meets the following criteria:
8-16 characters

3 out of 4 of the following:
- At least one lowercase letter
- At least one uppercase letter
- At least one number (0-9)
- At least one of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .

Step 1: Navigate to the CR-Certify login screen and click the link that says "Forgot your password?".
Step 2: Enter your email address in the email address field and then click the "Send verification code" button once. This will send an alphanumeric code to the email address you enter on this step. Once you click the button once, the page will redirect you automatically to the next screen.
Step 3: Open your email and either type in or copy/paste the code you received into the verification code field. Then click the "Verify code" button. It will then redirect you automatically to the next screen if the code was entered correctly.
Note: The verification code may take a few moments to arrive at the top of your inbox.
Step 4: Now enter in your chosen password in the first field, and then type the same password in the second field to confirm. Please be sure to meet the following criteria for your password:
- 8-16 characters

- At least one of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ; .
At this point, you are done! Simply click the "Continue" button to then proceed to log in to CR-Certify.
If you do not see anything upon logging in, that means you do not currently have any action items or informational material that is appropriate for you to view at this time. If this is incorrect, please reach out either to the contact information in the signature of the most recent CR-Certify email you have received or by using the help form accessed by clicking the "Need Help?" button on the login screen (also found here).
If you're already logged into CR-Certify, then you can reset your password on your user profile.
Simply navigate to your profile by clicking on your email address in the top right corner, then choose "Your Profile". There, you can enter in your new password and click the gear icon to save.
