Updated on

There are three main levels of administrator access in CR-Certify, and each of these three items grant increasing levels of permissions throughout the application.

Users with the "Staff" role have basic administration access to CR-Certify. In the main section of the CR-Certify, these users can add and edit entities, review contracts for compliance, and trigger emails to send. These users can also view, edit, and add information in the three "Files" within the Admin section of CR-Certify: Company File, Insurer File, and Broker File. Finally, these users can also run reports on the projects they have access to.

Staff Users must have Clients and Projects assigned to them in order for those Clients and Projects to appear in the hierarchy, search, and reports.
