Welcome to CR-Certify® WrapSheet® — your tool for tracking subcontractor compliance with ease and confidence.

Let’s get started.

To log in, head to the CR-Certify website and enter your login credentials.
If it’s your first time, click “First Time Logging In / Forgot Password” to request a verification code and set up your password.
Once logged in, you’ll land on the WrapSheet® homepage.

From here, you can easily check the compliance status of your subcontractors and your project overall.
You’ll see a project hierarchy—just click on your project name, and expand the arrows to see a list of all subcontractors we've been notified of.

Next to each subcontractor, you’ll notice a hard hat icon:

  • Green indicates the subcontractor is compliant.
  • Orange means there’s a deficiency in their insurance.

To the left of the subcontractor name, you may also see a number—this represents the number of compliance requests sent to that subcontractor.
If no number appears, it may mean we’re missing a contact for that subcontractor.

You can click into any subcontractor to view more details.

Let’s walk through what’s inside a subcontractor’s profile.

First, the Document Tab

This is the subcontractor’s report card —outlining any deficiencies, including expired certificates, incorrect endorsements, missing exclusions, or other key issues.
You can easily copy these items to your clipboard and paste them into an email for quick follow-up.

For compliant subcontractors, the subcontractor’s report card will confirm they’re fully up-to-date, with no outstanding requests.

You’ll also find all uploaded certificates, policies, and attachments. You can view and download any document you need. There’s no need to maintain duplicate files—everything is stored here for your convenience.

The People Tab lists the key contacts:
We aim to have one internal insurance contact (someone from the subcontractor’s team) and one broker contact (the agent issuing the policy).
If you ever notice missing or outdated contacts, just email us and we’ll get them updated.

Want a broader view?

Click the Reports Tab to explore the CR-Certify® Dashboard—an interactive overview of your project’s status.
You’ll see total contractor counts, deficiency breakdowns, and trends at a glance.

To view the detailed compliance breakdown of all your subcontractors, use the Downloadable Compliance Report.

Select your project, then export a detailed Excel or PDF report showing each contractor’s compliance status.
Subcontractors in red are non-compliant. Those in black are good to go.

You’ll find a full breakdown of:

  • General Liability and Workers Comp statuses
  • Certificate and endorsement details
  • Notes on deficiencies and review dates

This report is perfect for sharing or saving outside the platform.

One more thing:

While our dashboard is updated daily, please allow two business days for newly submitted documents to be reviewed and reflected.
If you don’t see a subcontractor listed or notice incorrect information, just email us and we’ll get them updated.
