Details for the Project/Subproject levels are only visible to users who have been granted access to WrapSheet at that Project or Subproject level or at the Client level related to that Project/Subproject. Those who have been granted access at a lower Subproject level or Contract level will see the Project/Subproject in the hierarchy on the left hand menu, but they will not be able to see any information for it outside of the name.
There are two document tabs at the Project level: Project Documents and Contract Documents.
- Project Documents: the documents that are associated with the project as a whole. These have been uploaded at the project level and are available here to view and download.
- Contract Documents: these are all the documents associated with all contracts beneath this project, including those that are associated with any subprojects beneath the currently selected project. They are able to be filtered and organized based on their associated project and by company name, and they can also be viewed and downloaded at this location.
Not all documents are visible to WrapSheet users.
Company File documents are not accessible in WrapSheet. Company File documents can be identified by a folder icon next to their name.
Additionally, staff users have the ability to control document visibility through the "Wrapsheet Document Display" section of the AutoRoboto tab. Any files uploaded under document types that have been hidden in this section will not be visible to WrapSheet users.
The Project People tab displays a read-only view of all individuals currently assigned a role for the selected project.
