Details for the Contract levels are visible to all users who have been granted access to WrapSheet at either that Contract level or any entity above that Contract in the hierarchy.
The Contract Documents tab is the first tab to load when navigating to a contract and displays the documents related to that specific contract only. These documents can be viewed or downloaded from this screen
In addition, this tab displays a current summary of the contract's deficiency items for its compliance record, known as the "Report Card." This is the current information being requested of the company assigned to the contract in their email requests. If the contract is fully compliant, its says as such here.
Not all documents are visible to WrapSheet users.
Company File documents are not accessible in WrapSheet. Company File documents can be identified by a folder icon next to their name.
Additionally, staff users have the ability to control document visibility through the "Wrapsheet Document Display" section of the AutoRoboto tab. Any files uploaded under document types that have been hidden in this section will not be visible to WrapSheet users.
The Contract People tab displays all individuals currently assigned to the selected contract. This screen is not editable, but if any of these people have been given a specific role in CR-Certify, that is visible here.
