WrapSheet users can upload documents directly to the Documents tab for any contract they have access to. This feature streamlines the submission process and helps ensure faster turnaround times.
How to Upload Documents
The Upload button is available at the top of the Contract Documents tab. To upload a document:
- Navigate to the contract where you need to submit documents
- Click the Upload button
- Select and upload your document(s)
What Happens After Upload
Once uploaded, the document will immediately appear in the list of documents for that contract. The document will also be processed by OCR (optical character recognition), which automatically updates the compliance report card by reading key information like expiration dates and limits.
Lastly, the staff user assigned to that project will receive an email notification, prompting them to review the document and update the compliance for items that require manual verification, such as endorsements
