On the Documents tab for Contract level Documents, there is a column for "OCR Processed". This is an indication for what the status of OCR processing is for that specific document.
- Not Processed: OCR has not processed this file yet. Typically, OCR takes about five minutes to run, give or take a couple minutes depending on upload volume at a given time.
- Processed: OCR has fully processed the file with no issues.
- Partially Processed: OCR processed the file, but ran into some information that was missing or difficult to parse. Typically, this is something like the Insurer information wasn't found, or the expiration dates were printed in an unusual manner on the file.
- Failed: OCR was unable to process the file. Typically, OCR is unable to process a file when the uploaded file is not a certificate of insurance on an ACORD 25 form, or the ACORD 25 form is not the first page in the uploaded file.
