Compliance Sync

Updated on

Introduction

Compliance Sync is a feature designed to streamline compliance for companies with multiple contracts. When the same company has multiple contracts, and each contract is assigned to the same requirement, their compliance pages are "synced." This means that any updates made to one compliance page will automatically reflect on the other synced compliance pages.

If you need to manage compliance separately for specific contracts, consider assigning unique requirements to those contracts.

The "same company" means that there is a single company file, even if the company names are different. The "same requirement" means that the requirement appears the same in the Insurances Requirements dropdown menu.

Changes made to a synced compliance page affect all contracts sharing that page. Be mindful when editing, as updates will apply universally.

Expand or collapse content Which compliance items sync?

The following compliance items will sync across multiple contracts:

  • Policy details, limits, and expiration date
  • Endorsements, exclusions, and full policies
  • Description of operations
  • Certificate holder
  • Additional documents
  • Custom text requirements
  • Compliance report card
  • The "Last Updated" date
  • Overall compliance status (i.e. the icon color)
Expand or collapse content Which items don't sync?

The following items are not part of compliance, and therefore won't sync across different contracts:

  • Request count
  • Uploaded documents
  • Assigned contacts
  • Notes
  • Items on the contract home page, such as start date and work description
