The Hierarchy is the relationship tree found to the far left of the screen after logging into CR-Certify. This is the main way of navigating through the software.
Clients are at the top, with Project indented below them. Projects can either have Subprojects or Contracts indented beneath them, and Subprojects can also have either Subprojects or Contracts indented beneath them. Contracts will always only be indented beneath other Contracts, Subprojects, or Projects.
Contracts that have at least received one insurance request will display that count between their icon and the name of the Company assigned to that Contract. In addition, the Contract's contract number will display in parentheses after the Company name.
The icons look like this for each entity within the Hierarchy:
The colors of the icons give you information about the status of each entity:
- Primary Brand color: Active - in the case of Contracts, this also means that they are also fully Compliant.
- Accent Brand color: Typically only used for Contracts (see Company View section for more on this) - means that the Contract is Active and Deficient.
- Dark Gray (with light gray text): Only used for Projects, Subprojects, and Clients - indicates that entity has been Archived.
- Light Gray (with light gray text): Inactive - these entities have been closed out.
Only entities a user has access to are displayed in the Hierarchy. In order to add or remove Projects or Clients form this view, please reach out to your Instance Admin or contact the CR-Certify support team via the Feedback button in the top right hand corner of the screen for assistance.
